The Comparative Employment Relations Centre (CERC) at De Montfort University is offering a Full Bursary PhD Scholarship. The project would examine trade unions’ role in representing migrant workers and facing the challenges of worker solidarity in the context of Brexit. It would analyse how social actors attempt to ‘experiment’ – building new institutions, or reconfiguring existing ones, in response to these challenges. It is available to UK or EU students who are suitably qualified and have outstanding potential as a researcher. For a more detailed description of the scholarship, the subject area at DMU and an application pack please visit http://www.dmu.ac.uk/research/graduate-school/phd- scholarships.aspx.
